What do you call this twisty puzzle?

It works just like a rubiks cube but this cubes edges are similar to the corners in a normal rubiks cube and vice versa.

so then what do you call this cube?

because the box only say "brain cube"

I solved this puzzle 20 times the problem is it is hard to turn.

I tried popping it to see how the mechanism looks like
