I've just started cubing after a while and started posting on the speedsolving forums. I've been looking for 2x2/4x4s cubes that are magnetic and it's a flagship cube. I don't really have a preference on how my cubes feel like (crunchy, buttery, etc.) but I don't really like weak magnets.

you cant really go wrong for 2x2, but i recommend qiyi ms and yj mgc (not elite). mgc has better corner cutting than qiyi ms but is typically more expensive. qiyi ms is cheaper but has better build quality with primary plastic instead of the multicolor tri-connecting pieces of the mgc. mgc can be a bit slow out of the box so i recommend lubing the washers in the centers. qiyi ms does not have much corner cutting but isnt that noitceable. qiyi ms goes for stability while the mgc is a more all around with some extra speed. qiyi ms has a nice hollow sound while mgc is a bit duller. for 4x4, I would recommend the mgc or the moyu auso wrm 4x4. dont get the gan 4x4, but perhaps look into the bundle of mgc mini cubes if you have small hands. if you want, maybe try the qiyi ms 4x4, but i cant tell you if its good or not. I would ultimately recommend the mgc, but If you want premium corner cutting, save up for the aosu. hope this helps

If you can, I highly recommend trying to find a Valk2. I got mine from people selling their collections on here. I think some websites also periodically carry them in small quantities for a limited time (cubezz.com, which I learned from @artless1der)
I concur, the VALK 2M is one of the best 2×2's ever...
Atm it is OoS at Cubezz but I do check back on that time to time and will update that thread when they get it back in stock
