I'm pretty sure it is (RU) repeated.
Place your thumb on FRU and your index on UFR. Do R by pushing on FRU, then U by pushing on UFR (which is now BRU). When you do the U, bring your hand with it, so with a slight adjustment you are back to the starting position. She may do it differently but I think that is the concept.
You can transition into that from the standard position by doing R without a regrip, while bringing your index to the BRU position (your thumb should now be on UBR), then after U your thumb should be in UFR.
The only alg I can think of off-hand where this could be useful is R2 U' R' U' R U R U R U' R.
(Start with your right hand with thumb on D, fingers on U, after R2 U' R' U' your hands should be in the standard position, then just do what I said in the third paragraph for the R U R U R, then U' with left hand, and finish with R by pushing on BDR or UBR. I like flicking BDR with my ring finger to finish)
