WCA Rules 3g

WCA Rules 3g states:
3g) Tiles or stickers must not be thicker than 1.5 mm, or the generally available thickness for non cube puzzles.
I am quite sure that Meffert's Megaminxes (Megaminxa, Megaminxi, Megasminx?)
are allowed in competition, but I'm also sure that those tiles are quite a bit more than 1.5 mm. Does this fall under "the generally available thickness for non cube puzzles"? It seems that is more for Magics.

That rule does not apply to Magics.

If the Meffert's Megaminx has the same tiles has the tiles they sell, then it is exactly 1.5mm (last time I checked).
