Valentine's day is a good day to practise on 4x4?

Hey, I've just noticed that Erik has done a 41.07 with an OLL parity (Meffert's), Yu has done a 48.14 avg of 12 (ES), Syuhei has done a 45.67 of 5 (new c4u 4x4).

Today, I got my first sub-40 (non lucky) on the 4x4 (13th solve of the day). Also I managed to do a 47.85 avg of 12 (ES). HOWEVER, I realised that I accidentally used 5x5 scrambles (because I was playing with my v-5 before and forgot to change the scrambles). Does scrambling the 4x4 more make easier solves? Or have I just improved? OR is it the power of Valentine's day?

If its the power of valentine's day, its good for me! I'm going to EPGY Stanford Winter today. Maybe I'll get a PB average, and successfully get 100% accuracy on BLD.
