my 18tps solve had a weird timer stop, idk whether it ahould count as uwr

Frame 1 of timer stop:

Not sure if the right wrist is hitting the timer, cube is defiantly being held.
Frame 2 of timer stop:

The cube may have been fully released but I'm not sure, also not sure if the wrist is hitting yet.
Frame 3 of timer stop:

The cube is defiantly released and timer is defiantly stopped.

According to this incident, a penalty should not be given if it can only be visible by frame by frame analysis.
