Type A-4 screw/spring setup

I hate to be such a noob, but what is the proper setup for the screws and springs for the A-4? It came with its own plastic molded washers and a set of metal screws, springs, and washers. I tried to use the plastic washers with the screws and springs, but the cube feels really poppy and locky. I think the main problem is that in the setup, the big washer is loose and can fall right down and get in the spring.
Did anyone experience something like this, and what is the setup supposed to be?

From both alphas I've had, even with my A-V a bit, I've had locks and pops only with a really loose A-V and my older model alpha.

Personaly im not completely sure with the plastic washer, as I've only had spring, screws and metal washers come in a DIY kit. But i put small washer in then the spring, after that the larger washer, then pass the screw through the setup.

Plastic washers are generally a bad idea because the metal screw will grind itself against the plastic tearing down the plastic washer. Plastic against metal is generally not a good idea.

Try to get metal washers from another cube you don't use or order them online altogether.
