Hey guys , i'm new to cubing,,,Is there any way to Sklip OLL and directly start PLL in Freidrich's method ?????

It's possible, but rare. Next time use the One Question One Answer Thread.

Kind of - MGLS. It combines orienting the last layer with solving the last F2L slot.

However, you cannot get around doing OLL without having to learn significantly more algorithms or completely changing your method, save for certain cases where a skip might be easy to force.

If your new to cubing then don't scrap oll straight away. It will seem hard at first but its much easier than it looks.

On what logic? The chance of skipping OLL is the exact same using 2 look or full OLL.

2 look Pll is more important, even just using sine and antisune will get you fairly fast, but not knowing 2 look Pll can slow you down quite a bit.
