i don't believe that is possible, if you mean a stackmat.

I agree, you can get one for about 20 bucks at Cube 4 you. You can probably get it in a speed stacking set at Toys R US or some place.

And if you mean the actual timers they sell one Rubik's.com those cost about $100 and there's no point in getting them unless WCA regulations change.

Not in the US you can't. Get a Speedstacks timer on Speedstacks.com, it'll cost you a little over 20 bucks with shipping. You can also use a lot of free online timers.
