Find out I put the pairs into the wrong slots during the solve but I too lazy to correct them, and I curious how to solve the thing like this without totally messed up the other part?

And what about the different cases?
Like 2, 3, 4 pairs incorrect, clockwise or counterclockwise, diagonal swap or parallel swap...

For two pairs wrong, I'd set up into a J perm. With blue in front and yellow on top, you could do R U or L' U' to set up a J perm on blue, or R U2 F or L' U2 F' to set it up in the yellow layer. For diagonal opposite, you could do something like F' L2 or R U' L to set up the J perm. For three pairs, you can solve it normally and end up with a solved cube. Just make sure you put a pair back in using the exact inverse of how you took it out. For four pairs, you may be able to solve it like with three pairs, or you may just get to a two pair swap case which I've already covered.
