This is so silly a lot of people must have found this method...

But if you solve cross+centers except for last layer center, then solve f2l and last layer with center safe algs, you will be left with a 50% chance of a solved last center or then you'll just have to rotate it 180 degrees with this alg:

I'm pretty sure you can do two T-perms to do a 180º rotation of the top face. It may be a lot longer than the other solutions, but at least it means you don't have to memorize any new algs!
