Stripping X-Man Shadow M?

Hi. I would like to bring up something. My X-Man Shadow M 6x6's core keeps stripping. This has happened twice since yesterday. What happens is that suddenly during a solve a side feels veeerrryyy loose and then it just falls off. I have reassembled it twice and the process is very painful. I wonder if anyone else is also facing the same issue. If you know a fix, please reply

EDIT: It stripped again and I'm scared to turn it now

Some people have had this issue and it's just bad quality control by qiyi. You might want to get a new core.
