square-1 identical pieces?

Hi everyone, I just recently got a square-1 from my friend and am working on solving it. Right now I am on a step where you place the top corners (correct term?). However, I have two corners that both have the colors blue-red-yellow (bottom color), and two corners that both have the colors green-white-orange. My side colors are orange,red, white, and yellow. Is this possible to have? (both the top and bottom colors also have two identical middle pieces (blue-yellow and green-white). My friend claims it came solved and the stickers don't look like they were switched. Thank you.

None of the pieces should have exactly the same colours unless two opposite sides have the same colour (eg. the top and bottom are both white).
