This is my thread for my improvement in 4x4. Currently I average around 1:25. I request that someone at a much higher skill level help me. Thanks all!

I am at a higher skill, but I use the Hoya method yo.

I can see that you're using yau so here are my tips:

• When you're doing your 3 cross edges, make sure you rotated so that the white center is on the left, and the yellow center is on the right. This will make it easier to pair & insert the edge pieces to the white center, as well as it gives faster transition to L4C
• You should use half centers to solve the last 4 centers, I remember J perm has a video about this
• Also learn advanced 323 edge pairing from jperm if you haven't
• Focus on your look ahead, every time you solve an edge in the 323 edge pairing phase, you should already look for the next piece(s) to minimize the pauses

This help me to get from average 1 minute to 40!
