solving a 5x5!

yeah im solving my 5x5 with no method i think. but yeah now i only got 2 edges left and i kinda need help to solve them, i've ran in this case 3 times before so i thought i might just ask here. here is a picture of the case if your loocking on top as you can sse i have 2edges paired on both sides and need the third inserted but i dont know how, could you post the algorithm or something to help me out.

yes, bigcubes.com calls this "edge flip/swap"

You would have to flip one side before you start according to your diagram.
