I know that the rubik's storebought is not the best cube but that is aa i have and foregive me for saying this but i have lubricated it and forced the springs to stretch and it turns very well in my opinion. Back to the point, i wanted to know if my average solve time being under a minute using the beginners methode is good. and if i should start learning Fredrich

Averaging under one minute is considered good. I have a friend who has been cubing for 2 years and still can't get under one minute O.o It depends on the individual. Some learn fast, but some don't. You need to practice more because solving the cube 3 times a day is (I think) too little.

IMO, you should start learning the Fridrich method, but not fully. Learn the 4-Look Last Layer. When I first started, my average decreased from sub-1 minute to sub-50 seconds by learning it. If you need some guidance on practicing, try this: http://www.speedsolving.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6085. Although, it doesn't work for everyone, and some prefer to start learning complex methods earlier, but it's good for getting started. I'm still following it until now :D

I solve it more than 100 times a day working on my F2L, my personal best using Beginner's method is 24 seconds. A minute is good for beginner's, in my opinion. Learn a better F2L. You will regret doing this when you start averaging sub-40. I know this by experience. You can learn 4LLL as Fishcake stated. I do suggest learning this, then going for all PLL's, which I just finished learning the last one today.
