Smaller Cube

I have to admit, my hands are small.
But I was wondering, do they(sellers) make/sell smaller cubes, but not like EXTREMEMLY small.

Also, are small/big(size) cubes aloud in WCA competitions, just because maybe you would have some angle advantages..

Last time I read the WCA regulations, there is no size limit on the cube.

True, because no matter the dimensions, you can only see sides with a cube.
