so my cube has gotten really fast, and somewhat loose, after being modded. i just finished cleaning it all out from dirt, lubed it tons, and now its great. however, 80% of the time that it pops, its not the center small inner edge, its actually the center corner that pops/get dislogded. because of this, i was thinking that maybe i should sand the corners of the corner, and the little sharp part on it. its not the corner stalk thats snagging it, its the actual corner itself. i suppose i could round that too, although it may look a bit odd

this thing has gotten so loose that it pops way more then usual, but its super fast. im considering getting some cube4you cores and making an adjustable core, but if i can stops these odd pops then i wont need too. the cube is pretty amazing
what do you guys think?

That will happen to all V-cubes once they are properly broken in ALL!!! It even happens to the once I was planing on trading with you. Its a normal thing, V-cube isnt perfect but its very good.

Chris Bird had a similar idea. Except I think he sanded the center dedges, the ones next to the center corner. You can find his video here.

yeah, ive done that, and those pieces rarely pop. however, i am talking about something like the v5 in the background in this pic:
