Ryosuke Mondo Just a before of 33/50 attempt

It's so good to see you back on the forum!

I'm so glad you tried this - awesome attempt! Your speed is amazing!

And while I hopefully have your attention - congratulations on your megaminx solve last week! Your speed there is amazing too!

You're a BLD hero around here! (For me and for others.)

Hi Mike.
I have been wanted to talk to you.
You have amazing skills of blindfold event too 6x6,7x7.

I have a interest that how do you memo cubes and how do you solve megaminx with blindfold.
You too right?

(we need a bow-smilie)

Was it a coincidence that you actually solved just as many cubes as anyone else ever tried? (Rowe's 19/33)

I just wanted to try as many cubes as I possible currently.
Amagasaki Open held from 10:00 to 16:20, my event was from 10:00 to 16:06.
I couldn't do any more just becouse of time limit of competition.

Does that mean you didn't fail some/many of the 17 unsolved cubes, but that you just didn't have enough time to actually solve them?
In other words, how many of the 17 unsolved cubes were DNF and how many were DNS?

There were no DNS.
I ment I want much longer time for multi.
50 is the current limit for me to try at competition(6hours).

Thanks very much for the compliment! I've been wanting to talk to you too, and I'm glad you saw my response.

I'll send you a Private Message telling you how I memorize cubes. I'm working on a detailed description of how I do megaminx BLD, which I hope to post here. But I'll probably include a quick description for you in the PM.

Then you have excellent planning/timing. If you can plan a 50 cube multi-blind as accurate a s 6 minutes....

I wanted to spent more time for increase accuracy.
When 4 hours passed, I was like "Oh no there is no much time for memo. I know solving time will took 1 hours and a half.. fum (same as try at home). I should start at least 4 hours and a half."
