[Help Thread] QiYi Square-1 locknut in, still comes loose.

After my QiYi Square-1 core stripper. I decided to replace it with a locknut. However, the screw still tends to come loose and act like if the core stripped. Not sure if the Low Mod will fix the issue. If someone could tell me what to do, that would be great! Thanks!

The Low Mod technically consists of
gluing the pieces
replacing the nut
Shengshou screw
but most people think only the first part is called Low Mod

The Nut needed is very specific
#6-32 in imperial I think and M3,5 so it might be that you got a M4 or something or that the threads are broken.
