problem with CCT

It hangs at the splash window, and I cant ctrl+alt+del, as it doesn't appear on the programs list...

You should look in the program manager (ctrl+alt+del) for a PROCCESS (not window) called java.exe. Close it, the splash screen will go away.

With that solved, how about the problem with it running?

did you extract the folder to your desktop, and not just open it through the zipped file? also make sure you have the latest java, that might help :]
