Here's a prediction: GAN 4x4 V2
This cube should have core magnets, even a UV coated version. The price should be fair, at least $40-50.

Gan by then should have definitely figured out why their old cube was very bad, and use their knowledge of 5x5 manufacturing to fix the dang puzzle.
They should also take a look at the better 4x4 releases to figure out how to do the middle slices.
