hi everyone. can u tell me a good website where to get pll alghorithms? this one i got are too long , about 14 - 16 moves, and i cant perform them faster then 5 sec. i have heard that pll are max 12 moves. thnx
Uh oh. My N, R, Z, F, V and E perms are all over 12 moves. Is that bad? I can do most of them in 2-3 seconds except for N, E and sometimes F which take me almost 4 seconds.

Just because there's more than 12 moves doesn't mean that it's not fast. A great example is the T perm (R U R' U' R' F R2 U' R' U' R U R' F') It's more than 12 moves but people can execute it really fast. Just find the alg that feels right for you and practice.
You do not seem to understand the entire point of speedcubing.
Learning the PLL algorithms is just half the effort required to become a good speedcuber. The other half is actually executing the algorithms fast enough using finger-tricks.
Speedcubers can execute those 12-16 turn long algorithms in about 1 second - Yes, your read that right 1 second.
Watch this video and you will understand

Or the (R,U) Z-Perm. (U R' U' R U' R U R U' R' U R U R2 U' R' U) which is 17 moves. Many people can do that in about 1.5 seconds. (see the video above)
