Optimized, according to which criterion? Move length, sure. Speed of execution, no ... that's a highly subjective issue.

you should just check out the PLLs at different sites and choose the ones you find most comfortable with

Usually, the shortest-moved algorithm isn't the easiest to execute. By your standards, I'd say on every site, the PLL's are optimized, cubefreak.net is a good place for PLL.

Yeah, also look for 2-gens (algs that use only two faces), those tend to be able to be executed very quickly.

Can you give me a link to a site with 2-gens?

Actually, only PLLs with all corners in place (U, Z and H) can be 2 generator, and I like using non 2 generator algs for the Z and H.

I'm sure your H-perm at least is still two-generator. I still call <M,U> two-generator, it's not just <R,U>.
