Hey so I decided to find additional new hobbies and being a super white boy I chose to start a rap group with me and my latino friend (I say latino because I steriotyped him to be a natural rapper, I was wrong). We recorded 5 songs and have a myspace.
I know we suck, we dont try to be good we try to make it some what funny. The point is that we do suck but we hope its entertaining cause thats what music is meant to be right? Well anyway if you can check out some of our songs I am curious as to what others are thinking, whether is be bad terrible or worse.

What did the poor squids do to you?

Sorry I missed this comment before. There is a story behind the name, in the song shooting stars by eminem (I think that's what it's called) it goes like "airplanes in the night sky like shooting stars", I replaced stars with squids because I thought it sounded better and my friend found it halarious so we decided to call the gorup shooting squids.
Good story tell it again, I know but thats how it came about.
I meant the group as a whole. Better mixing takes it a long way btw. You have nice ideas though :D

Thanks

So guys are basically trying to be the William Hungs of rap?
(Just going by the description. I haven't listened yet.)

Rap isn't my type of music. However, you guys seemed to have good enunciation. I also liked how you kept it clean.

P.S. Try making a cubing one.

We try to make it easy listening because a lot of rap I have heard in incomprehensable (sorry for bad spelling) but that is a great idea, the problem is my partner isn't a cuber so I will have to do some convincing but if it happens I will put it up as soon as possible

Wake up in the morning, crawling outta bed, throw off jammies, over ma head
I skip over bagels, head downstairs, I start to cube, in my rubik's lair (freestyle)

I only actually listened to one song (Food), but it sounded all over the place--try to get it to flow together.

But I'm very impressed, much better than I could do. :)
