PB or Not?

Hey everyone, recently I got this 3x3 scramble from CsTimer; L R2 U L2 B2 R2 D' F2 D' B2 F2 U' L' B' D R B D F2 U2.
I first tried it with roux since that is my main method and I got a 24 which is around average for me. However because I knew it was a pretty easy scramble, I then tried it a couple of times with CFOP and managed to get a 12s solve which is 5 seconds faster than my previous PB!!!

Should this count as my new PB even though I had already seen the scramble a couple of times before getting a 12? I did come up with the solution completely myself while solving.

In my opinion, your first try on a scramble should be the only one that counts. It’s really up to you though. For example, my pb is 9.33 because that’s the first time that I got on that scramble even though I’ve since gotten low 7s with the same scramble. But congrats on the fast solves regardless!
