One handed

Any actual tips for me

Do you want us to solve the cubes for you or something?

People already gave you this:

JyH: Cross tutorial
UberCuber: Some smart responses but told you that crosses can't always be built 2gen and gave some tips on memorizing algs
Hershey: Answered one of your questions
Whauk: Walkthrough solves
Me: Turning tutorial

Just practice.

you never have to do rotation move rotation move.
only do first rotation so that first and second move become <U,R> (or D or L sometimes)
also never do U'2 if you use right hand (what you seem to do)
thats all i can tell you from here

In exactly 17 days you will get sub-40. 28 days after that you will get sub-30. 4 months exactly after that you will get sub-20.
Jeez, what kind of noob are you? It's 29 days, not 28.

Anyway, various suggestions: use your less dominant hand if you want an easier time at the start. Practice 2gen solving and scrambling to get used to making the turns. Try to hold the cube in a way that you can do R, R', U, U' without ever shifting your grip. Practice doing <L,U> F2L inserts by doing a z turn and then doing them with <R,U>. Once you have the basic turns down, practice R2, U2', RU', R'U, UR', U'R. Do everything with the same turns as 2h at the start, and don't bother fixing your worse OLL/PLLs until you understand the turning style better.
