I've had a question on my mind lately about the cores Dayan used on their older 3x3's.
A while ago, I got an older guhong from a friend and it had a blue core in it. It kinda looked like a moyu core, but not exactly the same. When I got it and saw the core I figured he just replaced the original dayan core with a moyu one for some reason. However, I've recently gotten an old plastic zhanchi second hand that has the same core. I asked the seller about it and he said he got it second hand so he didn't know if it was the original core or not.
Did dayan ever produce 3x3's with stock blue cores? After getting a second dayan 3x3 with it, I'm starting to think they did. However, I could be wrong, the cores very well could've been replacements. Has anyone else ever gotten a dayan 3x3 with a blue core?
