How I practiced track standing over the last ~4 years: I rode my bike almost daily and attempted to track stand on every traffic light without caring about the embarrassment falls/near-falls cause.

Nice balance!

Thanks!

I'm great with unicycles.. I can even jump rope on one but I can't do this and I bike all the time :P

Nice! I'm the complete opposite. :P I gave unicycling a shot several times already, but never made significant progress. I guess I need to borrow one for several days/weeks to get the hang of it. BTW having a fixed gear bike helps a lot with doing no-handed track stands. I don't think I could to it without one.

I assume this is UWR!

I guess so. I'm not too keen of making an (unofficial) event out of it, though. What counts as a track stand seems to be pretty arbitrary: How much am I allowed to move forward/backward?

Thanks!

Oh I have a Masi cyclocross bike.. You can wiggle a bit on the bike but you just can't
pedal. Unicycling took me about a month to learn to ride.

Edit: Dang double post..
