No-flip Lou method, or 7-simul?

So I've recently been getting more into clock and, even though I'm not that fast, I've gone ahead and learned the Lou method and am wondering if I should learn 7-simul, my only concern being will I be able to memorize all that in inspection time at a comp. I can do this with the Lou method, and I am also a 3LBD solver, which I think should help considering that most of the memorization is as letter pairs, however I would still like to hear some more opinions.
I currently average around high-11 with the Lou method with a high-8 single.

Being a regular clock solver helps more than being a 3BLD solver.

Try to do 7-simul at home with untimed inspection and then get more confident.
