New nordic inoff. ranking page.

[Gunnar]

Hi!

I've just expanded the swedish ranking page to include all nordic countries (i.e. Iceland, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark).

All from these countries may create an account and add your results. This way the update is automated, and the latest updates will show up on the front page.

I'll add features to take out ranks for each country during the following days. Also, at the moment the page is in swedish but there is support for any language if someone translates the language file.

Sounds good. I'll be done with the language template file tonight or tomorrow.
