The best and easiest thing for you to do when you want to start learning Fridrich is to forget about the OLL and PLL for a while, and just work on your F2L. You want to solve the first 2 layer corners and edges simultaneously in the most efficient way possible. Once you start to get better at this, then it's a good idea to start working on your last layer. A lot of people try to push Roux on people thinking about switching to more advanced methods because Roux users usually hate Fridrich, but Fridrich is definitely the easiest method to switch to after using LBL, since its basically just a simplified version of LBL. Roux is a bit confusing at first. It requires block building and solving the rest of the cube more intuitively, whereas Fridrich is combining steps of the beginner's method.
