New material for cubes?

All cubes use normal plastic but has anyone tried using delrin as the material as it is a self lubricant plastic?

dayan uses this for the guhong POM edition. it does not use the standard abs plastic that most other speedcubes are made from. i've had a POM edition in the mail, but i cannot tell you how this actually is. many people seem to prefer the original plastic guhong. might just be cube/user specific. if the plastic is softer, i dont see how it would be better for speedcubers.

i bought a guhong POM edition. cost like 2 bucks more, what's the difference? i'm still waiting for it in the mail, currently.
