New Cube?

I'm looking to get a new cube. I was browsing the selection at Cube4You and came up with these:

If cost and all was not a factor and one was going for a very reliable cube that is good for speedcubing, which would you recommend? Or, if you know of a different cube besides those two that you think is better, please describe and give a link.

i have a cube4you white(a) diy, but not the rubik's brand one. i seems that the brand itself costs $$ =D

and the caps on the rubik's brand need to been glued in, whereas cube4you's cap just stay in themselves

White and green turn the best, in my opinion.

I love my rubik's DIY vs my cube4yous. I have a blue, white, and transparent cube, plus I've played with a huge amount of these cubes. I haven't been able to get a cube to be as good as my rubik's ones. I had both a white and black, but the white was stolen. I use my black for pretty much everything.

So yeah I have had this cube for a little while now, not too long really. It is a wal mart cube and isn't real smooth on turning, plus stickers are peeling off. Money isn't too much of a concern but I don't want to spend a lot more than necessary. Can someone recommend some good cubes?

the diy's are very good, and they are not expensive. you might not build them perfectly from the first time.
if you really want a pro cube, you can get at dan harris at cubestation.co.uk . he sells tuned cubes, lubed etc. you have the warranty that you'll have a real cube, even if it's a bit more expensive than the diy's online. from then on you can buy on your own cubes, build them and compare them to the one from him.
i got mine from him. later i also bought som diy kits from cube4you. they seem to be the same (probably they are), but i like the movement of his cube much more...maybe i got used :-? i don't know.
oh, i forgot ...he also puts cubesmith stickers that are more durable than the standard ones.

I got a pair of DIY cubes from puzzleproz, they include free lube with the purchase of two cubes. Tuning wasn't that hard although I'm sure someone more experienced can do a better job. Basically, if you don't have the experience to tell the difference then an "OK" tune is good enough for you.

I got one black cube and one white cube, and to me the white cube seems a little smoother.

thats the one i ordered and recommend. it is very easy to turn, easy to put together, and just all around great. well, the stickers arent great but oh well. slightly better than rubiks i guess.

Alright, I ordered the white DIY (A) cube.
Really odd ordering process. I don't much like how they do that, and the english translations are terrible. Hope these cubes are as good as you say... or else! lol
I think I'ma check out that HuskyOmega guy or something and get some cubes from him too.
