Name of this program? (2-side PLL recognition)

Hey!
First of all I have to add I have been searching this programm on this forum, but I didn't get any result nor tips...
It is a 2-side PLL recognition program. I have asked the author and it seems he won't reply me

The most accurate program I have found here is the one called "2 SIDED PLL RECOGNITION TRAINER BY ERIKOUI ", but this seems a little better

The right side of the screen is obviously cubingtime.com. The left side has a similar design, but I didn't find that on the website.

Yeah, I searched inside cunbingtime (maybe for some info), google images with that one, information about all software existing... And nothing. Maybe it is a russian one :/
