My post was waiting for approval and then silently removed

Hi there,
I posted a post about event statistics in General Speedcubing Discussion, and my post was marked as waiting for approval -- which I can understand, but then my post just got silently removed, and no messages/notifications/emails about the reasons, what I might violate, etc. That's where I get confused. I did some search and some says it happens to new members, some say it happens when a post has a link etc, but I don't understand the rationale behind. (For example how new is new? Links are definitely observed in other posts). I read "Forum Rules" in the welcome letter and I believe I'm following them. It will be great if someone can help me understand what happened
