I've gotten a lot of cubes recently, so I wanted to go over what I got and what I think about them.
YJ MGC 5x5: this 5x5 is outstanding. I've had my meilong since 2021, and getting this cube in 2023 is such a relief. It is fast, and I have my best time of 1:10 on it in comp.
Moyu Weipo WRS: even as a guy that doesn't do a lot of 2x2, this 2x2 is excellent. I like it a lot, and it has a better feel than the MGC 2x2 that I got.
Moyu Aofu WRM: This 7x7 is phenomenal. I've had the MGC 7x7 since 2021 and thought the MGC was good. The Aofu blows my thoughts about 7x7 away. It's small, yet fast and compact. It fits well in my hands and I love it a lot.
Moyu RS skewb maglev: I haven't really solved skewb since I sold my wingy. Ever since I got this skewb, however, I love the event a lot. It turns well, and the maglev makes it turn fast. Also, purple makes it look good.
Qiyi Dino cube: this cube is awesome. It is really intuitive to solve, and I have such joy in solving it. 10/10 for a non-WCA puzzle.
Moyu Mfjs pyramorphix: this cube is challenging, even for me. It takes a bit to solve it, but I have so much fun when doing it. Fav 3x3 shapemod so far.
Qiyi Mirror blocks 3x3 and 2x2: this cubes are pretty good. They turn well, and they are fun to solve. The 3x3 isn't as good, but it is still fun to solve both of them.
Barrel 3x3: not much can said about this. It's fun to solve, but doesn't turn well.
Moyu Aosu WRM 4x4: this was the first 4x4 that I was considering getting after the little magic, but I waited and got the MGC instead. The Aosu completely blows me away. It turns extremely fast, fits well in my hands, and has an integrity that the MGC couldn't compete with. Thanks to @CFOP INC for selling this cube to me!
All of these cubes are good. I love the Moyu cubes a lot, although the MGCs are good and still hold up a lot compared to the WRMs.
