Your f2l is ready for sub1 maybe just turn a tiny bit faster, but don't lose your lookahead, because that's great 
make sure you know 4LLL pretty good, maybe replace some CPs with algs work on efficiency during s2l, because you have a lot of freedom to do the pairs

I guess I could learn the CP's for the 4 corner ones. S2L has gotten better but it's still not good

Nice! I would say maybe some slow s2l solves to improve efficiency. Black side?!
