MBLD quality memorization practice

I wanted to know how much time do MBLDers give to two aspects of the improvement phase.

1) Improving their letter pairs
For example,

• PAO letter pair system
• Images for each parity, LTCT case
• Floating letter pairs

2) Improving their loci
For example,

• Rooms revision
• Rooms construction
• Rooms visualization

For me, currently I give 90% of my time to improving my loci,
I am "somewhat" comfortable with letter quads but fail to do 20+ cube attempts due to lack of practice of the loci and general burnout.

My friend (no acc, so they asked me to post) is

15% pairs
85% loci

Incorrect splits,

Kinda confused, probably because I don't do Multi;
"you cannot give too much resource to the loci" you have a higher percent of practice for the loci than him
