Match Flip 4x4 and 5x5

How do you guys do match flip. There is a 9 move alg on bigcubes.com, the one I originally discovered and have been using since is only 7.

mine is (l',U,B',R,U',B,l)
but I use quite a few versions of it...
the only disadvantage I can see is it swaps 2 edge groups on R and L faces.

I also use a 7 move alg except it's a little different. I put the two edge pairs on the E slice and do (d R F' U R' F d')

Yeah thats the same as the one I posted. cool.

Do you also sometimes do (d2 R F' U R' F d2) to avoid set up moves.

I use (d R U R' F R' F' R d') or some equivalent to it. Basically, you bring the edge out, and insert it with the opposite orientation. It's not short, but it's quick.
