[WR] Maskow: Multiblindfold 26/29 in 53:01

This is very impressive! Congratulations!

But I am slightly surprised by the recent MBLD WR's. Until Zane, every MBLD world record had 100% accuracy. Could someone explain to me why that is no longer the case?

I love your memos

Because everytime someone breaks it, it gets harder?

Multi-bld results are scored by points. Points= solved- unsolved. Time is a tiebreaker.
Zane= 23 solve- 2 unsolved= 21 points.
Marcell= 19 solve- 0 unsolved= 19 points.
Maskow= 26 solved- 3 unsolved= 23 points.

Congratulations! I love the start! 31 cubes next comp? Ps how many routes do you have?
Why not 33 or 35? :P

Because now some people are so fast that they can attempt a large number of cubes and get WR even with a few wrong.

It's way easier to get almost all of the cubes than to get all of them, so this kind of strategy makes it more likely to set a WR.

I already knew that.

This makes sense. I guess it proves better to fly through the memo of more cubes and hope it sticks.

Maskow, do you review your memo? If so, how?

I don't check whether my memo is well, I memorise once then recall every cube (1-24) 3 times (you can see in the video when I do it). I check cubes again only if I don't remember something enough fast.
After this kind of memo I can solve them without pauses so I hope that one day I will be able to recall everything only 2 times in this speed of memorising (or faster : D)

Thanks for the reply! Your solves are a great motivation for me to improve my memo.
