Lightake GuHong came broken?!

I ordered a GuHOng from Lightake and it came today. Four of the corner pieces are broken! What should I do??? Help!!!

Which one did you get? Was it the DIY or the one already assembled?

sounds like a standard RMA to me. Basically, take some photos, fill out an RMA authorization form (here: http://www.lightake.com/help/detail.do/ID.14), and await further instructions.

It's supposed to come like that. You assemble each piece.

Edit: On second look at the picture, the piece does look weird. If it's only broken in half, then that's how it should be, but if the plastics weirdly melted, sorry.

no the plastic is (melted?) (chipped off?) but it feels smooth there

contact them and tell them you recieve a defective piece and show them the pictures you have. maybe take more picture with normal corner part and melted corner part side-by-side. we are not lightake, you should speak with their customer service. besides, it is pink, it was broke to begin with.

It looks like a molding defect. Contact lightake. They'll send you a replacement I guess.

Yeah, just contact them through email and they might send you a replacement. I received a broken F-II and Mini QJ which they're replacing. They were only going to offer me a $5 coupon but later decided to replace my cubes.
