The headmaster asked me WCA what is the nature of the organization, I said, the world cube association. The principal asked me, who is the chairman, headquarters? I can't answer. He let me prove that WCA is a legitimate world organization. Then I had to rip.

楼主的疑惑很有必要解决。类似事情至少在上海就发生过很多次，特别是在中学。
一直以来在WCA官网公示的比赛在国内都用WCA字样做帽子，WCA代表的关注度甚至也超过主办方或者成绩较好的选手，这是病。搞得跟WCA好像是主办方一样，严重误导了下一代魔友。
比赛的主体仍然是主办者和参赛选手，WCA在此发挥的作用只有两个，一个是告诉你必须使用WCA规则，二是WCA代表会告诉你怎样合理运用可选规则来指导你所在地区的比赛。理论上说如果组织者熟悉比赛规则，所有安排都可以由他自己定。
所以对楼主来说，两点，第一，尝试把WCA字样去掉，告诉校长这是你办的比赛，只是你用的比赛规则参考WCA规则；第二，比赛成绩刊登在WCA网站上，并且不包含选手的私密信息。
