L5EO an alg set for Roux/Freefop users

My friend Joe changed methods from Key-hole to Freefop, so I am making this thread in his honor.

L5EO is when you have the MDF edge solve, the edges oriented, and you solve the rest. I think I came up will algs for all the cases, here they are
