K4 Method?

While surfing youtube, i saw someone solve a 4x4 using the "K4" method, which i have never before heard of. What is this method, is it faster than reduction?

It is not faster than Reduction for most people. I learned to solve the 4x4 using K4 first, then I went to reduction because it was easier and more efficient than I thought it would be.
