Is using my GAN spreadsheet a good way to learn CFOP?

As you all know, the GAN spreadsheet is that one sheet that comes with all cubes, depending it be 4x4 or 3x3 or pyraminx, etc. Since I'm trying to go for sub-20, I wanna learn cfop to see if it will help. Since the GAN spreadsheet has a back page with cfop algs, is it a solid choice for learning cfop?

i guess it could work but i suggest you use a wide range of information since it’s literally just one yt/google search away

I used it to learn all my PLL algs and 2 look OLL algs so go for it (I recommend using a vid but ofc it’s up to u)
