So I just got a 2x2 scramble that was literally just a J perm (with no AUF) and I wondering if this is YTWB for doing a J perm on an actual 2x2 scramble.
Is this YTWB?

I guarantee you that it is YTWB for someone solving a j perm on a 2x2, while using a red cube mat and with an empty glass on their right!

So what you are asking is if this is the fastest time someone has executed a J Perm algorithm while solving a 2x2 under normal circumstances that is uploaded to youtube?

2. That is very specific of a World Record to ask for.

sorry but I think you can never be "too specific" for world records.
there are records for individual plls in solves, and for solving a cube with chopsticks or oven mittens, and for solving a 5x5 BLD while riding a bike backwards. so I don't see why something cannot be considered a world record if it can be proven.
if I want to claim I have the world record for the fastest 2x2 single in my house, I'm not technically wrong. But who cares about that lol?
Where is the video of the fastest? =P
Take into account the scramble was simply jperm, and that lowers the probability a lot. Is not just doing a jperm in any scramble.
