Is this competition legal?

I had a center cap pop off my green DIY, and it is long gone. I replaced it with an extra center cap I had, but that one is black. So the green DIY has one black center cap. Would that be allowed?

idk if its legal but you could always paint it green the day of the comp, it shouldn't wear off within such a small number of solves.

but i would GUESS that it is not legal. not sure at all though, just a guess.

If the rest are blank it should be, just treat it as if it was a logo, like the rubiks sticker on a store-cube.
