Is it just me?

So my F2L times areabout 25. And my final time is about 40. So, on average, I have a 15 second LL.

Is this normal? And how do I speed up my LL?

P.S. I use a 3-look LL.

Practice the LL algs, alot. Gradually learn OLL and PLL.

Yes, that is normal, If you mean that your LL times are faster than your F2L times which is perfectly normal (to me anyway) But If that wasn't what you were asking, sorry, please restate your question.

Learn to recognize the LL cases quickly and be able to finger trick them well. Take the PLL as fast as you can.

All it is honestly is learning and practicing algs. The more you use them the quicker you recognize and the faster you execute them. I know the top guys can perform the whole last layer in 4 seconds average if not faster...
