If I understand it correctly they just aren't accepting any more registrations because there is a high likelihood they won't make it off the waitlist, but anyone still on the waitlist can still be accepted.

Yeah I’m good, I keep moving up. Reg is closed, but I’ve prepaid already. I got on the waitlist as spot number 51, and now I’m in 30smthing. If i get in by may, they’ll take my money.
